Epping Hemnall includes most of Epping east of the High Street including Epping tube station and Bell Common as well as Coopersale. Coopersale Street and Fiddlers Hamlet. In May 2024 it will form the largest part of the new Epping East ward.

Janet lives near the centre of Epping and has represented the Epping Hemnall ward since first being elected in 1996.

She is a member of the East Area Planning sub-committee, Overview and Scrutiny Committee and Local Councils Liaison Committee. Janet is also a member of Epping Town Council.

Jon lives in St John's Road, just up the road from the old Epping Junior School where he went to school. 

Jon is a member of the district council's East Area Planning sub-committee, the Audit & Governance Committee, the District Development Management Committee and the Licensing Committee.

He is a long-serving Epping Town Councillor and served as Epping Town Mayor in 2012.
