The election today gives us a chance to vote for a new hard-working councillor to represent Chigwell Village on the Epping Forest District Council.

The Liberal Democrat group is the main opposition to the Conservatives on the council where no party has an overall majority. The group is working to protect our area from over development while ensuring that more affordable housing is provided for local families.
