Here are some more issues that your Liberal Democrat councillors have taken up over the past few months.

Following a long campaign by Councillor Ann Haigh we are pleased to inform you that Transport for London has finally repaired the kerb and potholes outside Buckhurst Hill Underground Station.

Councillor Jill Sutcliffe has taken up residents' concerns about overhanging trees. The council has attended to the trees in Fairlands Avenue and those in Scotland Road are scheduled to be seen to in October.

Councillor Jill Sutcliffe is concerned about poor bus services in Buckhurst Hill. She has attended several meetings and investigated possible sites for new bus shelters. Please contact Jill with your views.

Your Liberal Democrat councillors are in regular contact with the Police and Council and take up issues including potholes, parking on pavements and road sweeping.
