Swing to Lib Dems in Epping Forest

The Liberal Democrats have overtaken the Labour Party in Epping Forest to become the main challengers to the Conservatives. They have also achieved a swing of 1.1% from the Conservatives.

Hardworking campaigner Ann Haigh also increased both the actual vote and percentage of vote for the the Liberal Democrats. The full results are as follows:

Conservative 25,148

Ann Haigh (Liberal Democrat) 10,017

Labour 6,641

British National Party 1,982

UK Independence Party 1,852

Green 659

English Democrats 285
