Pavement Parking

County councillor Janet Whitehouse has received many complaints about cars parking on pavements.
"I know that parking is very difficult in many places but pavements are for pedestrians and they must be able to walk freely and safely along them," said Janet.
Janet discussed this recently with Police Community Support officer (PCSO) Louise Martin who said that she and her colleagues Will take action where cars are causing an obstruction.
