Lib Dem gain seat from Tories in Epping

The Liberal Democrats have won a seat from the Tories in Epping. Winning candidate, and newly elected councillor, Janet Hedges won her seat by just 10 votes.

Janet Hedges said: "I would like to thank everyone who voted for me. I look forward to working alongside Lib Dem councillors Jon Whitehouse and Janet Whitehouse for all residents of Epping."
