Lib Dem councillors retire: thank you

Two long-serving Lib Dems retired from the district council in May. Derek Jacobs served residents of Chipping Ongar, Greensted & Marden Ash for 26 years. Peter Spencer represented Grange Hill and then Buckhurst Hill East for 15 years.
Fellow Lib Dem councillors and former colleagues made a presentation to Derek at the Thank You lunch for election helpers in August. Peter received his gift later.
