Two thirds of respondents told Ann Haigh they are now more careful when it comes to heating their homes.
The Liberal Democrats would make energy companies reinvest the windfall profits they receive from the Emissions Trading Scheme. This includes spending £500 million a year to make sure that homes are properly insulated.
