Popular campaigning councillor Janet Whitehouse is the best person to stand up for our area on Essex County Council.

Four years ago Janet missed being elected to the county council by just 121 votes. She is the only candidate who can beat the Conservatives here. Labour and the BNP have no councillors in Epping & Theydon Bois and cannot win here.

Since residents elected Janet to Epping Forest district council, she has built a reputation as a councillor who listens and gets things done.

As our county councillor between 2001 and 2005 Janet fought for the interests of local residents and against Conservative cuts to local services. Many people say they have not heard from the Conservative county councillor who replaced Janet. They feel let down by a Conservative county council which has ignored the needs of Epping and Theydon Bois.

Tomorrow we can vote for change and elect Janet Whitehouse to be our new hardworking county councillor.
