The Waltham Abbey Focus team work hard all year round. Here are some of the issues they have taken up:

The fly tipping at Maynards Court has been removed, after Councillor Pat Brooks reported it to district council officers. Pat Brooks has expressed concern at the standard of highway repairs. The pot holes at Galley Road which were recently filled already need further repair. The day burning light at Crooked Mile has been reported.

Local campaigner Christine Akers reported the broken bollard on the corner of Honey Lane and Broomstick Hall Road which has now been replaced. 'I was surprised and pleased how quickly the new bollard was installed' said Christine. The bridge over Cobbins Brook in Larsens Park is now safer, Christine Akers reported this to the Town Council and the safety fencing. which had been vandalised, has been replaced.
