MANY residents have told the Liberal Democrats that they are concerned by the state of the local environment.

Neil Woollcott and the local Lib Dem FOCUS Team have taken up many issues raised by residents with Epping Forest Council.

Loughton resident Neil Woollcott said: "The Conservatives run the county and district councils but seem not to care about our streets. Our roads are uncared for and litter is left to pile up."

"Many people voted for the BNP because they wanted things to change. Three years later we just need to look around us to see that voting BNP has made no difference."
