LOCAL resident and campaigner Neil Woollcott has been chosen as the Loughton Liberal Democrat candidate for the by-election on Thursday 30 August.

Neil edits the FOCUS newsletter, which the Liberal Democrats produce to keep people informed about local issues.

Neil and the Lib Dem team will be a strong voice for Loughton Alderton. "We are fighting to end the neglect of our area and get real value for money from the district council," said Neil.

"Loughton is a great town. I want to work with residents to protect and enhance the our environment and deal with local people's concerns. If you elect me as your councillor, I promise to work hard for you and keep in touch by delivering regular FOCUS newsletters."
