Better 505 bus service needed

12.38.00am GMT Sat 28th Apr 2007

Students needing to get to Harlow College from Waltham Abbey have been left standing at the bus stop or forced to stand for the journey because the 505 bus arrives with all the seats taken. District and town councillor Pat Brooks has urged Arriva to put on extra buses between 8-9am. She persuaded Waltham Abbey Town Council to take up the issue also. However, Arriva has replied saying that they see no need for extra buses.

To add your support to the call for more buses write to Customer Services, Arriva the Shires Ltd, 487 Dunstable Rd, Luton, Bedfordshire, LU4 8DS or email: customerservice@arriva-shires.com.
