The missing sign in Pryles Lane

Liberal Democrat Councillors have been lobbying the Tory- run County Council for years about the very poor condition of many of the roads across the district.

On Saturday 2 September Buckhurst Hill Lib Dem Councillors held a surgery outside Waitrose in Queens Road to ask residents about damaged roads.

Local residents told the Liberal Democrat Focus team they were concerned about the state of many roads in Buckhurst. These road have been neglected for many years.

On a recent walkabout around the Debden Estate local campaigner Neil Woollcott has reported a number of dangerous potholes to the County Council's Highways Department.

Liberal Democrat Councillors and campaigners have written to Epping Forest and Essex Councils informing them of the residents' concerns and asking them to replace the missing signs.
