Parking Review Update

Liberal Democrat councillors are pressing Essex County Council to reveal the timetable for implementing Epping's parking review, which is now running months behind schedule.

"We keep being told that the legal notices will be published 'soon'" said Janet Whitehouse, "but this level of uncertainty is unhelpful for residents and traders."
