Already achieved in Scotlland- Lib Dems fighting for free long temr care fore elderly in England

Epping Forest Lib Dems have called for free long term care for the elderly.

"In Scotland the Lib Dems helped end the injustice faced by older people in need of care. It's time for the Government here to make personal care free as well," said Dr Michael Heavens, the Lib Dems's Parliamentary spokesman.
